Great employees, extremely pleasant and useful in particular during the day shifts. For the cost its an outstanding offer. The receptionist is awesome, knows fantastic places to visit for travellers.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members at the reception were available at all the hours. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Very nice hotel and wonderful location. Undoubtedly suggest Plaza de Italia!

I have stayed for 6 days with my husband. Beds were cozy and the space was always pretty clean. The personnel were being really handy and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel at least during our stay.
